2023 Policies and Pricing Update

Please read carefully as we have updated or Policies and Pricing

Dear valued customer,

               As we all know the cost of everything has increased greatly. All of our supplied have gone up by anywhere from 10-30%. Our utilities alone have increase by 25%. And of course labor price continue to go up every year (Which we believe our staff is well deserving of). So obviously 2023 Pricing cannot resemble 2022 pricing.

With that said we will be doing our best to keep all increases to a minimum.

We are also posting new policies for 2022/2023.

1. We continue to require proof of Rabies vaccination. As we have been lenient in the past when this information has been forgotten we now will charge an additional $5 fee for any appointments in which Rabies information has not been updated to help cover increased insurance costs.
2. Our No Show – No Call policy in the past has not been enforced but now with the back log of new clients we must re-enforce it. We require at least 24-48 hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. This allows us time to fill the spot. We do understand things come up, people and animals get sick so please call by 8am if you feel you can not make a same day appointment. Any missed appointments without a call will be considered a No Call – No Show and an additional $15 fee will be charged at your next appointment.
